Well, with the entry into force of the Tares ( the new tax on public services that cover all commonly think ' only waste ) this will ensure the State a revenue of one billion Euros in addition to what will guarantee to local communities to apply . But what no one says, 'that one third of new taxes on dirt , destined to the central government , will be spent to finance the countries that buy our waste. In addition insult to injury because the waste that Italy exports , sells them but not pay them and the countries that buy them having power plants that use large amounts of waste to produce services , saving oil and earn thanks to the ignorance of ours . This is how a euro every three paid by our citizens for the Tares will end up in the pockets of Dutch , Swedes and Austrians. So will save 20% on their utility bills . The question arises: why do so many countries in Europe have managed to transform a problem as that of waste into an opportunity and instead we continue to close our eyes and shelling ? That waste is hiding behind a lobby that prefers to earn in a different way ? Instead of arguing sull'Imu do a comprehensive review of taxation, we identify situations to be corrected , such as waste by avoiding further waste of public money needed to say enough taxes.
