It just so happens that last week the See has stated the unconstitutionality of porcellum .
We have already written that , to a first ( trivial) interpretation , one could say that would be illegal all the parliaments elected for 8 years now. So as a result , according to this logic , all laws passed are unlawful , international treaties , all successive governments . The President of the Republic would be illegal , as would also the Constitutional Court ruled that the illegality of porcellum .
So, all illegal lair and frees all ?
 Not really. Obviously things are not as you think , at least from a legal point of view . And there is a large literature on the topic , as well as a good number of judgments according to which all acts are thus - produced legal effects - would be subject ( here is to deepen the topic ) .
However, it is clear that the judgment should be to affect a particularly tense nerve , open and responsive at least in public , exacerbated by years of crisis , by repeated lies, from false hopes and , more generally , by the ineptitude of a class policy that stands in the headlines for his carelessness planetary and his overt failure .
Because if it is true that the doctrine and jurisprudence seem to fill the vacuum of power ( with all the unimaginable consequences , otherwise ) that such a ruling could determine , it is equally true that not fill all the popular discontent and exasperation upright in large sections of the population , proven by long years of economic crisis that severely affects the weaker , but even those seemingly stronger.

 And this is even more true and amplified when you consider that , in the past days , the same caste against whom the judgment is addressed, was quick to say that everything would be perfectly legitimate and that therefore the Parliament would be entitled to legislate ( in this regard , for example , consult the statements of Napolitano and Boldrini ) .
As we said, it is true that Parliament still enjoys legitimacy "formal" in the public eye , this institution is not entitled to a MORAL point of view . And the more they would not be even the Government and the Same President of the Republic , considering also how daring ( just to put it mildly ) with which these institutions have been named , quite unorthodox compared to democratic criteria procedures consecrated in over sixty ' years of republican life .
Result: exasperation of the population and growing popular resentment .
And the proof of this state of affairs is offered by just the events that are taking place more or less throughout Italy for now so basically peaceful , according to what is given to understand .
Contribute to exasperate the situation even mystifying tones used by the policy , which indicate a clear cognitive asymmetry with respect to the real situation of the country and the fate that awaits us. And the efforts own speech yesterday by President Read in the room to get the trust , constitutes a paradigm. Subverting the reality on the economic crisis and , in this condition, offer false hope of imaginative economic recoveries , are a bulwark to which clings the political nomenclature of the country in order to maintain as long as possible the status quo.
Too bad everything is consumed on the suffering and pain of millions of people , now reduced to poverty and , even worse , with no prospect for the near future . But even for the less immediate , to tell the truth .
The risk , what would it be ?
In addition to a degeneration of the events by troublemakers and minds of more and more exasperated and poverty-stricken , the risk would be just what most people do not recognize the authority of the state, especially in the area of ​​taxation and tax law. Behavior , this , exasperated by the methods of collection and harassment practiced by the agent would find fertile ground in a tax claim objectively unsustainable and in schizophrenia with which the government tends to legislate on fiscal matters. And in this case it should be noted that, in recent days , we have read in the press that a large group of taxpayers , in Liguria, would publicly rebelled against the payment of the Tares , making waste paper of the assessments issued by the City.
In support of its earlier stated , you may enunciate countless examples of fiscal measures adopted by the Government , which tend to confuse the tax payer and to promote their infidelity . Last but not least the disgrace offered with regard to the payment of the second installment IMU , and the simultaneous increase of the advance tax paid by the taxpayers , already widely battered by the crisis.
Logic and common sense would require that the political class of the country take note of their final defeat , proclaimed in a clear manner also by the pursuit of logic that have proven widely destructive at all levels . So , a change of strategic vision , as well as being desirable , appears even more not deferrable . Also because it is simply unimaginable to think that the drama that is taking place can be solved by the same people and the same policies that have resulted .
In all these years of crisis logics that have been observed in the management of the crisis, were inspired in a completely reprehensible anathema according to which Italy would have to be saved at all costs . Because, according to them, the rescue of Italy would also preparatory to that of the Italians , when in fact the real reasons for inspiring these policies lie in the desire to save groped systems intended however to implode under the weight of the horrors that generated them .
Save Italy , killing at the same time Italians , takes all the connotations of defeat. Suffice it to say that there can never be a nation without Italy there are Italians . Save Italians allows you to save Italy . And not the other way around. As long as you do not include this most sacred and banal concept , everything will be expected to worsen dramatically .
